Quality Events release notes
Release notes for Quality Events. Each entry lists what’s new, improved, or fixed in that version.
Improvements
NewThe Improvements view and work type, for an opportunity to make something better rather than a failure to contain. ISO 13485 expects a quality system to act on opportunities for improvement, and this is the record that carries that work.
NewAn improvement runs the familiar lifecycle, from identification through evaluation and optional root cause analysis to a signed closure, and escalates into a CAPA when the fix turns out to be systemic. It lives in the CAPA space rather than a space of its own.
FixedA round of fixes across the record types ahead of the first Marketplace release.
Configuration & approvals
NewConcession tasks, so a concession can carry its own implementation work the way deviations and nonconformities already could.
ImprovedHealth checks now run and repair one check at a time rather than the whole set in one pass, and neither the check nor the repair stalls on a timeout. Repair also leaves the recipients you set in the Overdue settings alone.
FixedThe Jira configuration the app installs has been corrected across deviations, nonconformities, CAPA, and concessions. Fields a workflow requires are now on the screen you fill in, and linked records appear on the screens and detail panels meant to list them.
FixedThe For you panel and the Pending your approval tab now list the quality events that are actually waiting on you, instead of reporting nothing pending. When several people approve at once, someone who has already approved no longer loses their approval.
